Description

You are the mayor of a city that starts as an empty plot, and every part of running it comes down to tapping. Buildings go up with a tap, money comes in with a tap, and a fire is dealt with the same way. The simplicity is the point rather than a shortcut.

Money is the constraint that shapes everything. A skyscraper is not blocked by planning or by land but by whether you can afford it yet, so the early game is a loop of earning small amounts and deciding which of the things out of reach to aim at first.

Emergencies interrupt that loop on their own schedule. A fire does not wait until you have finished building, and dealing with it costs the attention you were putting somewhere else. It is the closest the game comes to pressure, and it is what stops the city being a pure numbers exercise.

The city grows visibly as you go, which is most of the reward. There is nothing to lose and no way to be defeated, so it works as something to keep in a tab and return to. The whole thing runs on one finger, and it never asks for more.
