Real Cargo Truck Simulator is a driving game about weight. The truck accelerates slowly, stops slower, and drags a loaded trailer that has opinions of its own about which way it is going. Every level is a route you have to think through before you take it.

The trailer is the reason this is not just careful driving. It cuts corners you take wide, swings out on corners you take tight, and reversing with it attached inverts everything your hands expect. Narrow bridges are the classic test, because the truck fits and the trailer only fits if the approach was right.

Cargo makes the physics worse in a way you can feel. A heavy load shifts the balance, lengthens every stopping distance and makes a downhill section genuinely dangerous, and levels are built to put a tight turn exactly where the weight is working hardest against you.

Difficulty levels let you set how much the game asks of you, which is the sensible way to approach a genre this precise. The lower settings teach you the truck, and the higher ones expect you to already know how it behaves before the corner arrives.
