Description

The game puts you inside a family home as the puppy, and the household runs on tasks that need carrying, fetching or nudging into place. Cleaning up after the family is the day-to-day work, and the objectives are set by what the house needs rather than by a score.

Being a dog is a design constraint rather than a costume. You have no hands, so everything is done by getting to a thing and pressing the action key on it, and the routes around furniture matter because a puppy cannot open a door someone else has shut.

The jobs run past the front door as well. Neighbours have their own small requests, and moving from one house to the next opens the map out from a single set of rooms into a small neighbourhood with things happening in more than one place at once.

Movement is WASD with Shift to sprint and F for whatever action fits the thing you are standing next to, while a phone uses a joystick instead. Sprinting matters more than it first seems, since most of a task is the distance between where the thing is and where it needs to go.
