Description

Counter Combat Multiplayer is a tactical shooter in the browser, built on the format most people already know: two sides, a buy menu, and rounds decided by positioning as much as aim.

Bomb defuse is the mode that rewards teamwork. One side plants, the other has to reach it in time, and both spend the round trying to work out where the other is from sound and timing. Team deathmatch and plain deathmatch strip that back to fights, which suits shorter sessions.

Weapons handle differently enough to matter. The AWP punishes a mistake instantly at range, the M4A1 is the reliable choice at most distances, the MP5 wins in tight rooms, and the pistol you start a round with is worth learning rather than tolerating.

Twenty-two maps mean map knowledge is the slow skill here. Learning where people hold, which angle to clear first and how long a rotation takes is what separates players more than reflexes do. Rankings and a built-in recorder round it out.
