Mellow Escape

Mellow Escape calls itself a puzzle in soft, mellow tones, and it lives up to that. The board is cream, the blocks are pastel, and the hero is a rounded blue block with two large eyes and a faint smile.

The chapter map is a painted autumn valley with a yellow path winding between orange trees and lavender. Chapter one is called First breath, level one is marked relaxing, and a hundred levels sit behind the progress bar.

Three tutorial cards explain the rules. Each block slides only in the direction of its length. Clear the path and guide the block with eyes out through the right side. Stay close to the shortest solution to earn three stars.

That third line is the real challenge. Reaching the exit is one problem, and reaching it in the fewest moves is another, and the counter in the left panel is watching. A collection screen and a coin total keep track of the rest.
