Description

Stickman Archer Warrior lines enemies up on the steps ahead of you, all of them armed the same way you are. You aim, you loose, and if the arrow does not land where it needed to, the shot comes back at you from someone who was waiting for exactly that.

Four special powers sit alongside the ordinary shot, and picking between them is a read on the opponent rather than a preference. Each enemy has something about how they stand or move that one power answers better than the others, so the moment to choose is after you have looked at them, not before.

Because there is no dodging worth the name, every exchange comes down to whether your shot was good enough. That makes the game unusually honest — a loss is almost always a shot you can point at, and the next attempt usually goes further because you stopped taking that particular shot.

Gold earned through the chapters buys new arrows, which change what a good shot even looks like rather than simply adding damage. The progression is steady and the runs are short, so improvement shows up quickly.
