Description

Miriam has inherited her grandfather's old garage and hired you to help bring it back. The workshop needs fixing before it can be used, and an old Beetle is sitting in it waiting for the same treatment.

What separates this from most mechanic games is that the jobs are real and ordinary. Swapping a wheel, checking the oil, replacing the battery, topping up the coolant, checking tyre pressure, changing the air filter — these are the tasks, in the order and manner they actually happen.

Each one is taught rather than assumed. The game walks you through the steps instead of handing you a finished car, so somebody who has never opened a bonnet can follow along and somebody who has will recognise every step.

The controls are tapping, swiping and dragging, and nothing is on a timer. It is closer to a guided workshop than to a business simulator, and the reward is the garage gradually looking like somewhere work gets done.
