Description

Sweet Business of Cats runs on six ingredients and asks you to reach thirty-one different cakes with them. Nothing is unlocked by waiting; a new recipe appears because you worked out which combination produces it.

Ingredients are bought blind, which is the part that shapes a session. A coin buys something at random rather than something chosen, so your plan has to bend around what actually arrived instead of what you wanted.

The baking cells are limited and each one is occupied while it works. A cell holding a cake you no longer need is a cell not making the one a customer is waiting for, so deciding what to commit an oven to is a genuine cost rather than a formality.

Thirteen thousand customers pass through over the course of the game, which sounds enormous and is really just a long, gentle slope. Nothing is timed and nothing is lost, so this sits comfortably as a game to keep open rather than one to finish.
