Toca Avatar My Hospital puts you in charge of a small hospital where patients keep arriving. Each one goes to a consulting room, gets examined, and leaves once you have treated what is actually wrong.

Getting the room right is the first half. Different rooms handle different kinds of care, and sending a patient to the wrong one costs the time you needed for the next arrival. Learning which room handles what is what makes a busy shift manageable.

Examination comes before treatment, and skipping it does not work. The equipment shows you symptoms, and the symptoms decide the treatment — so the loop is look, understand, then act, which is a good habit for a game aimed at younger players to be teaching.

The pace picks up as more patients arrive at once, and the characters make the result obvious: a patient who came in miserable leaves visibly better, which is the payoff the whole thing is built around.
