Yarn Art Loop

Yarn Art Loop puts a pixel picture inside an embroidery hoop and surrounds it with a conveyor track. The first one is a fried egg, drawn square by square, and it starts out as an outline waiting to be filled. Five empty slots sit under the hoop.

Below the slots is a loose pile of spools, each one a colour with a number printed on it. Tapping a spool moves it into a slot, and the machine starts working with what you have given it. Load two and the outline visibly begins to fill with black and white.

The number shows how much thread that spool carries, so the choice is never just about colour. A small spool of the right shade runs out partway through a region, while a large one of the wrong shade simply gets in the way. Five slots do not leave much room for planning.

A counter beside the track reads five of five, and the coin total sits alongside the level number. Three helpers wait at the bottom: one costs forty coins, and the other two stay locked until level six and level eleven, so the early pictures are meant to be solved unaided.
