Sort Balls - Cones is one of those tidy little logic puzzles that looks almost too simple on the first level and then slowly starts twisting your brain. You get a row of cone-shaped tubes, each stuffed with a stack of mixed colored balls. Your job is to rearrange them so every cone holds balls of only one color. Nothing more, nothing less. The rules are clean, the visuals are soft, and the whole thing runs at whatever pace you feel like.

The trick is that you can only move one ball at a time, and not every move is a smart move. You tap a cone to grab its top ball, then tap the destination cone to drop it. If the colors stack nicely, good, the stack grows. If not, you have created a blockage you might regret three moves later. The empty cones you start with are precious temporary space, basically scratch pads for parking balls while you dig for the colors trapped underneath. Using them well is the whole puzzle.

Levels start forgiving with two or three colors and plenty of empty cones, then tighten the screws. More colors. Fewer empty slots. Stacks that bury the color you need right at the bottom. By the middle of the game you are thinking three or four moves ahead, picturing the stacks as they will look after each step, and watching out for the classic dead end where every cone has a different top color and you have nowhere to go. Part of the fun is learning to spot those traps before you walk into them.

The pace stays relaxing the whole way through. No timer, no lives, no failure screens shouting at you. If you wedge yourself into a corner, you just reset the level and try a different opening. It is perfect for playing in bed, on the train, or as a palate cleanser between heavier games. Quiet to look at, easy to control, and sneakily deep once the cones start stacking up.

How to Play:

• PC: left click a cone to pick up its top ball, then left click another cone to drop it
• Mobile: touch a cone to pick up, touch another cone to place the ball
• Each cone must end the level holding balls of only one color
• Use empty cones as temporary parking space for tricky moves
• Plan your sequence ahead so you do not trap the colors you need
