Bloon Pop does not let you move the saw. You rotate the frame around it, and gravity does the rest — tilt the level and the blade slides toward whatever is now downhill.

That inversion is the puzzle. Reaching a balloon in the top corner means turning the whole board until that corner is at the bottom, which also moves every other balloon and obstacle. Solving a level is really deciding the order in which things should become downhill.

Momentum matters as much as direction. A slow tilt lets the saw roll gently into one balloon; a sharper one sends it across the level, popping a line of them in a single pass. The neatest solutions use one long fall rather than a dozen small adjustments.

Balloons pop on contact, so there is nothing to aim and nothing to time — only the angle. Every level ends when the last one bursts, and the levels are short enough that experimenting costs almost nothing.
