Cornhole League is the backyard game played as a season. You throw bags at a slanted board with a hole near the top, and the arc of the throw is the only thing you control.

Scoring rewards caution more than most people expect. A bag through the hole is worth three, but a bag that stays on the board is worth one, and a bag that slides off is worth nothing. Aiming straight for the hole every time throws away the points you would have banked by landing safely.

Bags already on the board matter too. A well-placed one can block the hole, or be nudged in by your next throw, so the board state changes what a good shot even looks like as a round goes on.

League play runs across a series of matches against opponents who miss less often as you climb. Individual rounds are quick, so a match fits into a short session.
