Description

Match Masters turns match-3 into a duel. Two players work the same board in real time, taking it in turns, which means every move you make is also the board your opponent inherits.

That single change rewrites the strategy. A move that scores well but opens a five-tile cascade for the other player is a bad move, however many points it banks. Good play is half arithmetic and half denial — taking the match you need while leaving as little as possible behind.

Boosters run on the same shared pressure. Matching blue stars charges yours, but the red circles filling on your opponent's side are theirs charging too, in plain sight. Firing early wastes it on a board you were winning anyway; holding too long means they go first, and the board you were saving it for is gone.

Wins move you up through tournament ranks against progressively sharper opponents. Matches are short, the clock is always running, and losing usually comes down to one greedy move rather than a run of bad tiles.
