Description

Travel Story Match is a match-3 game framed as a trip around the world. You swap two neighboring pieces to line up three or more of a kind, and every level you clear moves the story on to somewhere new.

Levels are not about racking up a score. Each one sets a specific goal — collect a number of a particular piece, clear a section of the board — and gives you a fixed number of moves to do it in. The goal sits at the top of the screen before you start, and ignoring it is the quickest way to run out of moves.

Matching four or more produces a special piece with a far bigger blast, and pairing two specials together does more still. Since moves are limited, building specials is almost always a better use of a turn than clearing three pieces at a time.

Each destination brings its own artwork and board layouts, and new obstacles are introduced a few at a time as the story progresses. Failed levels can be replayed without losing story progress.
