Mahjong Build Farm

Mahjong Build Farm pairs up classic mahjong tile-matching with a slow-burn farm building meta-game, and somehow the two halves fit together like they were always supposed to. You play the puzzles to clear boards, the cleared boards earn you progress, and the progress turns a sleepy little green hill into a proper farm with crops, animals, and buildings popping up over time. Neither side is demanding on its own — it is the back-and-forth that gives the game its hook.

The puzzle layer uses a friendly twist on mahjong. Instead of pairs of identical tiles, you are looking for triplets — three matching pictures of fruits, animals, tools, or other farm bits. Tap them in sequence and the trio vanishes from the stack. Boards layer the tiles in piles, so what is on top blocks what is underneath, and you have to read the stack to find the right matches in the right order. Clear every triplet on the board to finish a level.

The campaign runs through 90 unique levels, and the curve is generous. Early stages drop just a few stacks so you can learn how the layouts breathe. Mid-game adds height, weird shapes, and tiles that hide each other in trickier ways. Late levels expect you to plan several matches ahead because one wrong tap can lock the rest of the board. When you do hit a wall, the bonus items waiting on the side — shuffles, undos, hint helpers — keep things from ever feeling stuck for too long.

What ties everything together is the farm itself. Every level you finish chips away at the empty hill you started with: a flower bed appears here, a chicken coop sprouts there, a fence stretches around the field, and so on. So the puzzles are not just about beating the next board, they are about earning the next thing you get to build. The art style is soft, the music is gentle, and the whole thing works as a slow, cozy game you can return to whenever you want a quiet half-hour.

How to Play:

• Click or tap a free tile from the stack to pick it up
• Find two more tiles with the exact same picture and tap them in turn to clear the trio
• Read the layout from the top down — covered tiles cannot be selected until what is on them is gone
• Use bonus items like shuffles or hints when no obvious match is left
• Clear every triplet on the board to finish the level and grow your farm one piece bigger
