Description

Brass Labyrinth sets its puzzles on a green felt plate held in a brass frame, with wooden walls laid across it. A marble sits in one corner and a hatch waits in another. A swipe, or W, A, S and D, sends the marble in that direction, and nothing stops it until it hits a wall or an edge.

That single rule is the whole puzzle. You are not steering; you are choosing which wall to end up against, and the walls are placed to make the obvious direction the wrong one. Cabochons set into the plate have to be collected along the way, because the hatch only matters once they are all gone.

Each plate comes with a move budget printed at the top, six on the first one, with a gem counter beside it. Undo and Hint sit at the bottom with their own small numbers, three and two, so help is available but runs out. Restart is free, which is a hint in itself about how the game expects to be played.

The presentation looks like a workshop bench rather than a menu screen: engineering drawings, a knife and a mallet, all laid out on dark wood. Plates are grouped into sets, a new one arrives each day, and the marbles themselves can be swapped for others you unlock.
