Description

Geometry Tower Defense strips the genre back to shapes. Towers are polygons, enemies are polygons, and the path they follow is a bright line across a dark board with nothing decorative in the way.

That plainness is functional. You can see at a glance which stretch of the path is covered and which is thin, and a leak is never a surprise caused by scenery hiding something.

The feature that changes how it plays is the speed control. Early waves can be fast-forwarded through, while a wave you are unsure about can be watched at normal pace, so the game stops wasting your time without becoming easier.

Gold is tight and towers can be sold, which keeps the board fluid. Building on the strongest spots first is the obvious move, and it is also the move that leaves nothing left over when a later path opens up.
