Description

Lava Jump drops you into a dungeon with rising lava underneath and a way out somewhere above. Standing still is the one thing the level never lets you do.

Almost nothing in the room is fixed. Blocks slide, platforms shift on their own schedule, and boost pads throw you further than a normal jump would, so the route you used a second ago is not the one available on the way back.

That makes reading the timing more useful than fast fingers. Most deaths come from jumping the moment a platform looks reachable rather than waiting the extra beat until it actually is.

There are more than twenty-five levels, with enemies and spikes filling the gaps between the moving parts. Coins scattered along the way unlock new characters, which gives a reason to take the longer line through a room you have already cleared.
