Obby: Pump Up Your Muscles! 1 per second is a relaxing idle game with a cheeky prison-yard hook: behind these walls, only muscle earns respect. You arrive as a scrawny rookie at the bottom of the pecking order, and the whole game is the slow, satisfying climb from bag-of-bones to unstoppable slab of gains. Every rep counts, the numbers keep ticking up, and there is a real thrill in watching your once-skinny character visibly bulk out as the strength piles on.


The engine underneath it is the classic idle loop, tuned to the promise in the title — one point per second, always trickling in. You knock out push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups to pump your strength, and even when you step away the gains keep coming, so you come back to a bigger pile than you left.
