Description

Jumper Starman opens with a small disaster: a visitor from elsewhere gets distracted by a satellite, falls to Earth, and now has to climb back to the ship.

The one thing it gives you beyond jumping is a float. Holding the button after a jump stretches it out, which turns a gap that looks impossible into one that is merely narrow.

Six environments run the same ability through different conditions, and each brings enemies that punish a different habit. What worked as a rhythm in the first setting is worth unlearning by the third.

There are several difficulties and a clock running behind everything. Beating a level is one goal, beating it quickly is another, and the layouts are short enough that chasing the second is reasonable.
