Stunt Bike Racing

Stunt Bike Racing sends a cartoon dirt bike across a side-on mountain course. Snowy blue-green peaks, fir trees, little houses and a frozen lake pass in the background, and the rider wears a Santa hat and a red jacket.

Before the race, the game shows its full control scheme on a set of handlebars. Up or W to accelerate, Down or S to brake, Left or A to lean back, Right or D to lean forward, Space for a missile and Shift for a boost.

Those last two are what set it apart from a normal racer. The bottom of the screen shows a nitro bottle and a missile, both with a count beside them, and both numbers climb as you run over pickups on the track.

Your position and a countdown sit in the top corner, and a progress strip across the top shows where your bike is relative to the chequered flag. On a touch screen, the lean buttons and a big throttle lever appear instead of the keyboard.
