Description

Two wrestlers stand in a ring built out of ragdoll physics, which means neither of them is fully under control. Moving forward and back is steady enough, but a punch swings the whole arm and takes the body with it, so a miss leaves you leaning somewhere you did not plan to be.

Each player has three things to do: step forward or back, throw a punch with either arm, and use a head hit. The head hit is the one worth learning, since it reaches differently from the punches and lands at moments where an arm swing would have missed entirely.

Scoring is first to five. That length is short enough that a lucky opening decides nothing and long enough that a player who only swings wildly runs out of luck. Between the two, matches tend to be settled by whoever is more willing to wait.

A friend on the same keyboard is what the game is built for, with the first player on W, A, S, D and E and the second on the arrow keys and the right shift. There is a single player option as well, though the comedy of two people mistiming everything is most of the appeal.
