Description

Guns vs Magic puts you in the shoes of Silvius, a student of magic who did not ask to carry any of this. Lucius, once a benevolent wizard and Silvius's own mentor, fell under a cursed crystal and came out of it something else. The teacher is now the threat and the student is what stands between him and everything else.

Lucius does not fight alone. He commands an army of enchanted creatures, so reaching him means going through all of them first, and the game plays out exactly as the title suggests: firepower against sorcery.

Underneath the story is a shooter with RPG bones. You get steadily stronger as you push forward, and that growth is what carries you through encounters that would have ended a run an hour earlier.

Enemies arrive in enchanted varieties with their own patterns, so learning what each one does — and what answers it — matters as much as aim. Progress feels earned rather than handed over, and the vertical layout keeps everything readable one-handed.
