Description

Shell Strikers gives each side a squad of soldiers and one shot per turn. You move, you aim, you fire, and then you watch the other side do the same. Nothing happens quickly, which means every mistake is one you had time to avoid.

Wind is the part that keeps the game honest. It shifts between turns and pushes your shell off the line you aimed, so hitting the same target twice usually needs two different angles. Reading the wind indicator before committing is the difference between a hit and handing your opponent free information.

Your arsenal covers rockets, bombs, laser guns, airstrikes and dynamite, and ammunition for each is limited. The strongest weapon is rarely the right one, since spending it on a soldier who was already nearly finished leaves you with nothing for the enemy who is still at full health.

Battles run across war-torn cities, open deserts and quiet meadows, and the terrain matters as much as the weapon. A hill in front of you blocks a flat shot and rewards a high arc; open ground does the opposite. Learning which map you are on is half the preparation.
