Tower Defense
Description
Tower Defense keeps the familiar shape of the genre and hands you one thing most of them do not: a crossbow you aim yourself. The towers do the steady work, and your own shots go wherever the steady work is falling short.
That turns idle waves into busy ones. There is always a runner that slipped past the slow tower or an armoured unit soaking the arrows meant for the group behind it, and picking which of them is worth your attention is a decision the towers cannot make.
Tower types matter more than tower count. Each one is built for a different kind of target, and a line made entirely of the strongest option leaves a hole the moment something it was never designed for walks down the path.
Soldiers can be upgraded alongside the towers, and they hold ground rather than dealing damage, which makes them worth the most exactly where the path bends and enemies bunch up. Spending there beats spending on raw power.

- Click or tap an empty spot to place a tower
- Aim your crossbow at whatever the towers are missing
- Upgrade soldiers to hold the bends in the path
- Match tower types to what each wave is made of
- Spend between waves rather than saving through them
