Description

You steer a snake around an open arena picking up the baits scattered across it. Each one adds length, and length is both the score and the tool. Everything else follows from the one rule every snake game shares: touching another snake ends you, and touching you ends them.

Because of that rule, the fastest way to grow is not to eat but to cut someone off. Getting your body across the path of a snake that is already moving forces it into you, and what it leaves behind is a line of food that is yours to collect. The bigger you are, the wider a circle you can draw.

The boost is the mechanic that makes those cuts possible and also the one that gets people killed. It costs length while it runs, so a boost that fails to close a trap leaves you smaller than you were and closer to a snake that is now aware of you.

The crown goes to whoever sits at the top of the arena, and holding it makes you the target everyone else is measuring themselves against. Coins collected along the way buy new snakes from the marketplace, which change how you look without changing how the arena treats you.
