Description

3D Block Gladiator Sword Draw has exactly one control: drawing. You never move the gladiator directly. You trace a line across the screen, and he walks that line from start to finish. Every decision is made before he takes a step.

Each arena is filled with armed opponents, traps and narrow gaps. The line you draw settles three things at once: where he walks, which attacks he avoids, and who catches his sword on the way past. Drawing straight at the exit usually ends badly, because it walks him into the enemies you were supposed to go around.

Early arenas give you one or two enemies with attack patterns that are easy to read. Further in, opponents move, traps fire on a cycle, and you have to account for timing rather than just the shape of the path. Get it wrong and he takes a hit, and the level restarts.

Since a run takes only a few seconds to attempt, it is an easy game to poke at. You can redraw immediately once you have seen where the last path went wrong.

Game Controls

How to Play:

Press and hold on the screen, or hold the left mouse button, then drag to draw the path
Release to lock it in — the gladiator sets off immediately
Curve the path around enemies so his sword catches them as he passes
Keep the line clear of traps and attack arcs, since one hit ends the attempt
Replay a level to fix the part of the path that failed
