Description

Battle Arena starts you with a small camp and a handful of soldiers. Everything after that comes from the loop of fighting, earning and putting the earnings back into the camp.

Your army follows you into the fight rather than being ordered around, so positioning is what you actually control. Leading from the front puts your character where the damage is; hanging back lets the squad absorb a wave while you pick at its edges.

Unit types are the strategic part. Close-range troops do the work when a wave reaches you, ranged ones thin it out before it arrives, and tanks exist so the other two survive long enough to matter. A squad of one type looks impressive and folds against a mixed wave.

Coins go into camp upgrades, which unlock better troops, which make the wave that stopped you last time straightforward. That progression is deliberate and quick enough not to feel like a grind.
