Goose Cup reduces football to its most repeatable part: keeping the ball off the ground. There is a goose in a kit, a ball, and a counter that climbs with every touch.

The touch is stricter than it looks. A kick only registers while the ball is in an active zone — head, chest, knees or feet — so the rhythm is not a metronome but a read of where the ball actually is. Time it exactly and the touch is worth double.

The ball speeds up the longer you keep it up, which is what turns a long rally into a nervous one. There is no way to slow it and no safety net, so every rally ends the same way; the only question is how much you added before it did.

What makes it stick is that the score is not yours. Points feed your country’s total on a global leaderboard, so a run that felt unremarkable still moved a number thousands of other people are pushing on. It runs on one button.
