Description

Papa's Pizzeria is where the whole restaurant series started. Papa Louie has left, you are Roy, and the shop is now yours to run alone.

Four stations divide the work. Orders are taken at the counter, toppings go on at the second station, the oven handles the bake, and the last station is where the pizza gets cut. Each is simple; doing all four while customers keep arriving is not.

Accuracy is scored at every stage. Toppings have to be spread where the customer asked rather than piled in the middle, the bake has to come out before it darkens, and the slices are judged on how even they are. A pizza can lose points at any one of those without failing outright.

The real pressure is scheduling. Starting a bake before taking the next order, and cutting while something else is in the oven, is what keeps the queue moving — and the game gets harder by adding customers rather than steps.
