Description

Slicer Duo gives you a spinning knife moving forward through a stage full of things to cut. One button flips it, and that is the entire control scheme.

The difficulty is that the knife never stops. Each stage lays out fruit to hit and hazards to miss, and a flip taken slightly early puts the blade into something it should have passed over. Reading the layout ahead rather than reacting to what is in front of you is what makes runs last.

The cutting itself is the reason to keep going. Fruit splits cleanly, objects crack apart, and the sound work makes a clean run through a stage genuinely pleasant in a way the scoring alone would not manage.

Two players share one screen, one on the up arrow and one on W, slicing through the same stage at the same time — which turns a calm game into a fairly loud one.
