Description

Tag Run takes the schoolyard rules and adds a timer that ends badly. Somebody is always carrying the bomb, and the only way to stop being that person is to catch somebody else, which turns every match into a chase where the roles keep swapping.

The maps are built to be moved through quickly rather than fought over. Teleport pads shortcut across the level and jump springs launch you upward, so a player who knows where those sit can close a gap that looked impossible a second earlier.

Six settings, from Pixel through Winter, Lava, Jungle, Candy and Night, each rearrange those tools rather than just changing the colours. Learning where a map keeps its teleports is worth more than raw speed, because being fast in the wrong direction still leaves you holding the bomb.

Up to four people share one keyboard, and matches run with six players in total. The pressure sits entirely on whoever is carrying, which makes the shouting in the room a fairly accurate readout of who that is.
