Description

Drag Racing City cuts racing down to one straight strip and two cars. You sit in the cockpit watching a tachometer and a gear indicator rather than the scenery.


Gear changes decide the race. Shifting before the needle gets there wastes power, and shifting late leaves the engine held back.


There is nitro, but only one shot of it. Spending it early rarely helps, because your rival still has a long strip left to catch up on.


Four locations carry different race types, and a garage lets you tune the car and change how it looks.

Game Controls

How to Play:

  • Revs: hold the throttle to build them up
  • Shift: change gear when the needle reaches the right band
  • Nitro: save it for the final stretch
  • Garage: tune the car and change its look
  • Menu: pick a location and a race type
