On Fire Basketball Shots hands you a ball, a hoop and a gap that keeps closing. The shooting itself is straightforward, since you drag to set the arc and let go. What makes each level a puzzle is everything the game puts in the way first.

Obstacles move on their own schedule, so the shot is really a question of timing rather than aim. The correct arc might be available for less than a second, and the difference between a clean basket and the ball rebounding into a wall is usually when you released, not where you pointed.

Later levels stack several moving pieces so that no single moment is clear, and the answer becomes a shot that passes one obstacle on the way up and another on the way down. Working that out is the satisfying part, and it rewards watching a level for a few seconds before touching anything.

A high score chases you through the whole thing, so a level you scraped through is still one you can come back to and finish more cleanly. It is easy to pick up, quick per attempt, and stubborn enough in the later stages to keep you trying one more time.
