Sneaker Factory hands you a production line and a stream of orders. Sneakers come off the line, they have to be sorted correctly, and then they have to reach a customer. Getting any one of those three steps wrong shows up in the next one rather than immediately.

Sorting is where the pressure sits. Orders specify what goes where, and a batch put in the wrong place is not lost so much as buried, which costs you the time you were saving by working fast. The game rewards a tidy floor far more than a quick one.

Delivery switches the game completely. You drive the shipment yourself with gas, brake and reverse, and a badly loaded truck handles like one. It is a deliberate break from the management screens, and it means a shift that went well on the floor can still go wrong on the road.

Ranks climb as you complete orders on time, and the target is to become the leading factory in the city. Progress is steady rather than dramatic, which suits a game about doing the same loop slightly better each time.
