Description

Stickman Adventure is a side-scrolling platformer built on timing. Your friends are scattered across time and space, and the only route to them runs through level after level of hazards.

Each stage is a run of traps and monsters. Spikes, pits, swinging hazards and creatures patrolling a fixed path stand between you and the next checkpoint, and clearing them is about reading the layout and committing to a jump at the right moment rather than reacting once you are already in the air.

Some enemies can be bounced on or struck; others simply have to be waited out. Knowing which is which saves more time than moving quickly does, because a mistimed hop drops you onto the hazard you were clearing.

The levels are built to keep momentum going, so the sections that feel awkward are usually the ones taken too carefully. Each world cleared frees another friend and moves the setting on, which is what varies the obstacles rather than the rules.
