Cosmos 404
Description
Each planet is a small sphere you run around rather than a flat level, and that changes what you can see. The surface curves out of view a short distance ahead, so hazards and coins both appear only when you are nearly on them. Running with any speed means committing to ground you have not seen.
The planets are generated rather than designed, which means there is no layout to memorise. What carries over between runs is the reading rather than the route: knowing how much room an alien needs, and how far ahead the horizon actually is at the speed you are going.
Two power-ups change the calculation. A Speed Boost shortens how much warning you get, so it is worth more on clear ground than in a crowded stretch. A Magnet pulls coins in and lets you take a safer line without giving up the pickup, which is usually the better of the two.
Coins are the progression: enough of them opens a new planet, so a run that ends early still moves you forward. The low-poly look keeps everything readable at speed, and the arrow keys, WASD or an on-screen joystick are all the game asks for.
