Flag Master is a geography quiz that refuses to ask the same question twice in the same way. Some rounds show a flag and want the country. Others give you a country and want its capital, or its neighbours, or ask you to rebuild the flag yourself from coloured pieces.

Painting a flag is the mode that teaches most. Recognising Chad from a list is easy; drawing it from memory and getting the blue on the correct side is the thing that actually sticks, and the game keeps returning to the flags you got wrong.

The jigsaw and matching rounds break the pace so a session does not feel like a test. They also work on a different kind of memory: shape and proportion rather than name recall, which is why a flag you can name is not always a flag you can assemble.

Rounds are short and the whole thing is playable in the gaps of a day. It suits anyone from a student revising for geography to an adult who has quietly wondered which of the Nordic crosses belongs to which country.
