Happy Egg Catch hangs an egg from the top of the screen and sets it swinging. You tap to let go, and the egg travels along whatever arc it happened to be on at that instant. That is the entire game, and it is harder than it reads.

The swing is regular, so with a fixed basket you could learn one release point and repeat it forever. The game removes that by moving the basket each round, which means the correct moment shifts every time and you have to work it out again rather than remember it.

A swinging object travels fastest at the bottom of its arc and slowest at the edges, and the release point that reaches a distant basket is not the one that reaches a near one. Learning that relationship is what turns a lucky streak into a reliable one.

Rounds take seconds, so a mistake costs you almost nothing and a run of successes builds quickly. It is the kind of game that fits into a short gap in the day, and the streak counter is what makes you try once more.
