Brawler Man puts you on city streets that hooligans have taken over, and clearing them corner by corner is the entire game.

The way you punch is unusual. Tapping a single strike icon throws one blow, while holding and dragging across several icons in sequence chains them into a combo. A long chain lands far more damage than the sum of its individual blows.

The real decision is therefore chain length. A long combo pins you in place, and the next hooligan will not wait for you to finish, so a short safe chain is often worth more than a grand one that ends with you surrounded.

Each district closes with a boss who demands a longer chain than you normally risk. That is where the practice along the streets pays off, because you need to know which chain you can actually finish uninterrupted.
