Description

Soccer Blazt keeps the goals and the ball and adds something ordinary football does not have. Each of its six characters carries a power, and those powers are pointed at the opponent rather than at the game.

That gives every match two things to manage at once. You are trying to score, and you are trying to pick the moment where a power does the most damage — used early it is wasted, used at the wrong time it hands the opening to them instead.

Because the powers differ, the matchup matters. A character built to disrupt a shot is a different problem from one built to control the middle, and the answer to each is not the same. Choosing before kick-off is already part of playing.

Two of the six unlock through the League section rather than being handed to you, which gives the single-player side a reason to exist. Everything else is best against somebody sitting next to you.
