Finger Soccer Tournament is soccer reduced to a table, a ball and one paddle each. You hold to move the paddle and release to strike, and both defending and scoring happen with the same action.

That is what makes positioning the game. A paddle sitting deep in front of goal stops most shots and creates nothing; one pushed forward threatens but leaves the goal behind it open. Every attack costs you defensive position, which is the trade the whole match runs on.

Angles matter more than power. The ball rebounds off the sides predictably, so a strike aimed at the wall beside the goal beats one aimed straight at a well-placed opponent. Learning where the rebounds land is what turns a losing streak around.

The tournament raises the standard of opponent steadily, and the two-player mode on one screen turns the same rules into a much shorter-tempered game.
