Description

Archer Legend is an archery game with a puzzle underneath it. You stand in one spot, monsters are scattered across the screen, and you have a limited number of arrows to clear them with.

Arrows do not travel flat. They curve downward as they fly, and the further the target, the more they drop. So you aim above a monster rather than at it, and how far you pull the bowstring decides how long the arrow flies before gravity takes over.

Different monsters need different answers. Fast ones mean leading the shot and firing where they are going to be. Armored ones only give you one soft spot to hit. Some levels have walls you can bounce arrows off, and on a few of those a ricochet is the only way to reach something tucked out of sight.

Every few levels, a larger monster turns up with an attack pattern that has to be worked through in a set order. Levels can be retried as often as you like, and the second attempt is usually far more accurate once you have seen the arc.
