Metal Bay Top Blade Power is spinning-top combat where the collisions are worked out properly. What a hit does depends on how fast you were moving, the angle you arrived at, and where in the arena you made contact.

That rewards patience more than aggression. A blade that has been building momentum around the rim hits considerably harder than one that charges straight across the middle, and attacking from the side is worth more than a head-on collision that costs both tops the same speed.

Components change what your blade is good at. Heavier parts hit harder but bleed speed; lighter ones keep spinning longer and survive fights that go the distance. Which combination is right depends on whether you intend to end matches early or outlast the other top.

Opponents get tougher as you win — faster, heavier, and better at avoiding a straight collision. Matches stay short, so a losing run costs a minute rather than an evening.
