Description

The loop starts with a chest bought using coins. Inside are dragon eggs, and dragging two identical eggs together produces a newborn dragon. From there the same rule applies all the way up: two dragons of the same age combine into one of the next kind.

Once a dragon matures it stops being something to merge and starts being income. Mature dragons collect coins on their own as time passes, so the board slowly turns from a puzzle into the source of the money that funds the next chest. That is the point where the game begins running partly without you.

The decision that keeps coming back is whether to merge a mature dragon away or leave it earning. Merging moves you up the ladder but costs the income that dragon was producing, while keeping it slows down discovery. Neither answer is wrong for long, since coins accumulate either way and a chest is never far off.

Because earnings continue while you are away, coming back after a break usually means a full purse and several chests waiting to be opened. Everything is done by tapping and dragging, with no timing involved anywhere. It suits short visits rather than long sessions, which is what an idle game is for.
