Description

Crazy Fruit Merge keeps its punishment inside its reward. Two identical fruits become one larger fruit, and a larger fruit occupies more of the board.

Progress therefore means crowding. A board that was open fills gradually with the results of your own work, and players who merge everything mergeable tend to run out of room sooner than players who hold back.

Two power-ups are there for when things have already grown dense. Both are limited, so spending one on a board you could still have handled yourself is a waste that only registers several moves later.

There is no goal beyond the number. A round stops when the board fills, and the pull comes from how close you were to a fruit you had never seen before.
