Description

Raw materials arrive on the board — stone, wood, textiles, flowers and plants — and three or more identical ones fuse into something better. That is the entire engine, but the results are furniture and decorations rather than higher numbers, so what you build has a use at the end of the chain.

Handing in a finished fusion is what pays. A board full of half-finished chains is worth nothing, and the temptation to hold onto materials in case they combine later is the fastest way to run out of room. Deciding when something is finished enough to deposit is the real judgement call.

Coins, chests, bags and keys come off the board alongside the materials, and they are what keeps the supply moving. Experience accumulates as you go and new islands open as it does, so the range of things you can make widens rather than just getting more expensive.

The decorating is the point rather than a frame around it. Rooms are yours to arrange with whatever you have produced, so two players who merged the same materials can end up with very different homes. Nothing here runs on a timer, and there is no way to lose a board.
