Description

Gift Merge sets a merge board inside Santa’s workshop and gives it somewhere to go. You tap to produce raw gifts, combine identical ones into better toys, and hand the finished toys to children whose wishes raise the happiness of the country you are in.

The country is the structure. Each one asks for specific toys, and the toys it wants are usually a few merges above what the board is currently producing. Raising a country’s happiness enough unlocks the next destination, which asks for something else entirely.

Because the wish list changes with the location, the board never settles into one routine. A chain you had running efficiently in a snowy town is the wrong chain for a beach, and rebuilding it is the actual work of moving on.

It is Christmas-themed and cheerful about it, and the world tour framing keeps it from being the same snowy screen for an hour. Nothing is timed and nothing is lost, so it plays as comfortably in July as it does in December.
